We have a new virtual assistant. Zarah started working for Golden Oak Medicine on 11/1/2023, we are delighted to have her.
A few helpful things.
1. Text, call or use the portal to message us if you need refills.
2. The best way to reach the office is by calling or texting the main office number 828-515-1164. The physicians cannot store your personal information in their phone and may not pick up if they see a number that they do not recognize.
3. If you are going to the emergency room, please give us a call and leave a message, let us know where you are going so that we can keep track.
4. Portal messages are not considered urgent, if you need more immediate assistance, please call.
