Weekend Physician Communication: If you need to speak with a physician over the weekend, please call or text the office like at 828-515-1164 and leave a message. Portal messages are not considered urgent and may not be answered until the following week.

Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Do not wait for a response from our office. But please leave a message and let us know where you are so that we can connect with the emergency room. 

Dr. Sharafsaleh ("Dr. G")'s New Certification: We are excited to announce that Dr. Sharafsaleh is now board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine! If you’re interested in learning more or discussing how this can benefit you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
