Dear Golden Oak Medicine Family,
I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing to share important information about our upcoming holiday schedule and a brief period of medical leave.
Medical Leave Information
I, Dr. G, will be on medical leave from November 21st through December 10th, 2024. During this time, Dr. Marshall will be providing excellent coverage for our practice. While she and I share comprehensive patient records, she may not be familiar with the context of our ongoing personal conversations and detailed symptom discussions.
To ensure the most effective care during my absence:
- Please save non-urgent updates about ongoing symptoms or daily health journals for my return
- Dr. Marshall is fully prepared to handle:
- Medication refills
- Acute medical concerns
- Management of chronic conditions
- For continuity of care, please hold detailed follow-up discussions about previous conversations until my return
- This will help Dr. Marshall focus on immediate medical needs requiring attention
Holiday Office Closures
